foufouBRANDS has a NO REFUND policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges.
All exchanges must first be approved with an AUTHORIZATION number from our customer service department. All return shipping charges and any customs/duties must be pre-paid by the customer. Our return center cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. A credit note will be issued for the returned merchandise (less the 15% re-stocking fee), once your return has been received to be used towards your next order.
foufouBRANDS does not accept returns or exchanges on opened food products, discontinued and clearance merchandise or shop worn goods. Goods must be in original selling condition with original hangtags.
